7/10/00 <br />0 R I G I 14 A L <br />RESOLUTION No. 13939 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE CITYWIDE STREET RESURFACING PROJECT; AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Citywide Street Resurfacing <br />Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Citywide Street Resurfacing Project - City of Redwood City, California ", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development Services /Engineering <br />and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
