0RIGINAL — 8/14/00 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13962 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE AN INFORMATION AND <br />REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000 -2001 <br />(FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "FY 2000/2001 Agreement Between San <br />Mateo County Human Services Agency Office of Housing and City of Redwood <br />City - Fair Oaks Community Center ", by and between the County of San Mateo <br />(styled therein as "San Mateo County Human Services Agency ") and the City of <br />Redwood City, pursuant to which said County shall provide funding for, and the <br />City shall furnish, an information and referral program by and through the City's <br />Fair Oaks Community Center, for fiscal year July 1, 2000 - June 30, 2001, a copy <br />of which Agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Reso -942 <br />F \Sha red /Redwood /Council <br />DES:djk <br />07/11/00 <br />
