ORIGINAL 8/14/00 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13968 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE REDWOOD CITY MADDUX PARK PLAYGROUND <br />RENOVATION PROJECT <br />(MOORE, IACOFANO AND GOLTSMAN (MIG), INC.) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the improvements of <br />Maddux Park in the City of Redwood City and in the unincorporated area of San <br />Mateo County (the `Project "); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting landscape architectural services; and <br />WHEREAS, MIG, Inc. of Berkeley, California, represents that it possesses <br />the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Landscape Architectural Services Maddux Park Playground Renovation Project" <br />(form dated 07/27/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and MIG, Inc., for the performance of the <br />above - mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />Reso -959 <br />DES:ep <br />F:/Shared /Redwood /Council <br />07/27/00 <br />
