ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14016 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN <br />MATEO, THE REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT AND SEQUOIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />RELATING TO REDWOOD CITY 2000 PROGRAM <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the County of San <br />Mateo, the City of Redwood City, Redwood City Elementary School District, and <br />Sequoia Union School District (Redwood City 2000)," by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, the County of <br />San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of California, the Redwood City <br />Elementary School District and the Sequoia Union School District, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby authorized, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />8/28/00 <br />Reso-948 <br />DES:djk <br />R /Shared /Redwood /Council <br />07/13/00 <br />
