10/16/00 <br />0 R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14048 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE CENTER PERIMETER FENCE <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT (PHASE II); AND AUTHORIZING <br />AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Municipal Service Center <br />Perimeter Fence Replacement Project (Phase II) in the City of Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Municipal Service Center - Perimeter Fence Replacement Project (Phase II) - <br />City of Redwood City, California ", prepared by the Department of Public Works <br />Services, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the City Clerk, <br />are hereby approved. <br />2.
