10/16/00 <br />ORIGINAL - <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14059 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY WIDENING - PHASE 11; <br />AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Redwood Shores Parkway <br />Widening - Phase II project in the City of Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Redwood Shores Parkway Widening - Phase II - City of Redwood City, <br />California ", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br />Services /Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
