10/23/00 <br />0 R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1407 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT B -3 OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13875, RELATING TO THE SALARY AND <br />WAGE PLAN FOR EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS <br />REPRESENTED BY THE REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT <br />EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, BY ADDING THE POSITIONS OF <br />MANAGEMENT ANALYST AND COMMUNITY <br />COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST AND PROVIDING FOR THE <br />SALARY FOR SAID POSITIONS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13585 entitled, "Resolution Establishing a Salary <br />and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications Represented by the Redwood City <br />Management Employees Association", adopted March 22, 1999, and Resolution No. <br />13875 entitled, "Resolution Amending Resolution No. 13585, as Amended, Establishing <br />a Salary and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications Represented by the Redwood City <br />Management Employees Association (RCMEA) to Provide for a Salary Adjustment ", <br />adopted April 10, 2000, is hereby further amended by adding to the list of employment <br />classifications set out therein the positions of Management Analyst and Community <br />Communications Specialist. <br />2. Exhibit B -3 to the aforesaid Resolution No. 13875 is hereby amended by <br />adding thereto the salary schedules for the positions of Management Analyst and <br />Community Communications Specialist as set forth in Exhibit `13-5 ", attached hereto, <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />3.
