11/13/00 <br />0RIGI IVAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14034 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE SPORTS FIELD RENOVATION IMPROVEMENTS AT <br />GARFIELD CHARTER SCHOOL <br />(BEALS SPORTS COLLABORATIVE) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires improvements of Garfield <br />Charter School playing field in the unincorporated area of San Mateo County (the <br />'Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering and design services; and <br />WHEREAS, Beals Sports Collaborative of San Jose, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Engineering and Design Services — Garfield Charter School Sports Field <br />Renovation Improvements Project' (form dated 11/13/OOR), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />Beals Sports Collaborative, for the performance of the above - mentioned <br />Reso -1026 1 <br />DES:djk <br />F: /Shared /Redwood /Council <br />1 0/26/00 <br />11/13/OOR <br />
