12/18/00 <br />0 R I G I i J A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14105 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES FOR SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL <br />SUPPORT FOR THE SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA <br />ACQUISITION (SCADA) SYSTEM <br />(THE EDCCO GROUP) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires system maintenance and <br />technical support services for supervisory control and data acquisition ( "SCADA ") <br />system in the City of Redwood City (the "Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />engineering services; and <br />WHEREAS, The EDCCO Group of San Carlos, California, represents that <br />it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services <br />required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Engineering <br />Services - System Maintenance and Technical Support for the Supervisory <br />Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System" (form dated 12/07/00), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and The EDCCO Group, for the performance of the above - mentioned <br />Reso -1049 1 <br />FXS:djk <br />F: /Sh a red /Redwood /Council <br />12/07/00 <br />
