I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14127 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE REDWOOD CITY <br />MAIN LIBRARY PROJECT READ OFFICE EXPANSION <br />PROJECT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY <br />DEPOSITS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 14082, adopted November 13, <br />2000, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Redwood City Main Library <br />Project Read Office Expansion Project in the City of Redwood City, California; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, two bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, TEC Accutite, Inc. of South San Francisco, California is the <br />lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br />award said bid to TEC Accutite, Inc; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The bid of TEC Accutite, Inc. in the amount of Thirty -eight Thousand <br />Four Hundred Seventy and No /100 Dollars ($38,470.00), computed in <br />accordance with bidder's proposal dated December 13, 2000 for the Redwood <br />City Main Library Project Read Office Expansion Project, is hereby accepted and <br />said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for <br />said work. <br />Reso -1067 1 <br />R /Shared /Redwood /Council <br />DES:djk <br />01/08/01 <br />
