ORI a I NP,L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14136 <br />1/29/01 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL <br />CONSULTING SERVICES RELATING TO FIRST STEP <br />RECYCLED WATER PROJECT - YEAR 2 <br />(ENVIRONMENTAL WATER MANAGEMENT) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional environmental <br />consulting services related to the planning, preparation and execution of Year 2 <br />of the First Step Recycled Water Project in the Redwood Shores area in the City <br />of Redwood City (the "Project "); and <br />WHEREAS, Environmental Water Management of Agoura Hills, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Environmental <br />Consulting Services —First Step Recycled Water Project — Year 2" (form dated <br />01/22/01), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, and Environmental Water Management, for the <br />performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />Reso-1076 1 <br />DES:djk <br />R /Shared /Redwood /Council <br />01/22/01 <br />
