ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NOJ4154 <br />2/26/01 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE 2000 -2001 BIKE PATH IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 2000 -2001 Bike Path <br />Improvement Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the 2000- <br />2001 Bike Path Improvement Project - City of Redwood City, California ", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/ Engineering <br />and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
