03/26/01 <br />0 R I G I f � A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14175 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR <br />RIGHT -OF -WAY SERVICES, WOODSIDE ROAD WIDENING <br />PROJECT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, 'Professional Services Agreement," by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of <br />California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1099 <br />DES:djk <br />F \Shared /Redwood /Council <br />03/08/01 <br />
