4/23/01 <br />ORIGIN AL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14200 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE 2000 -2001 SLURRY SEAL PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING <br />AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 2000 -2001 Slurry Seal Project, <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />2000 -2001 Slurry Seal Project - City of Redwood City, California 94063 ", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development Services /Engineering <br />and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
