5/7/01 <br />0 R I G I J A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14213 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE 2001 -2002 THERMOPLASTIC STREET MARKINGS AND <br />STREET SIGNS SERVICE PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 2001 -2002 Thermoplastic Street <br />Markings and Street Signs Service Project in the City of Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the FY 2001 -2002 Thermoplastic and Signs Services - City of Redwood City, <br />California," prepared by the Department of Community Development Services, <br />Engineering Division, for the Department of Public Works Services, a copy of <br />which documents are on file in the office the of the City Clerk, are hereby <br />approved. <br />2.
