5/21/01 <br />ORIQINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14229 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AMENDMENT TO REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF <br />CERTAIN CITY -OWNED REAL PROPERTY (FORMER SEWAGE <br />TREATMENT PLANT SITE) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain revocable permit entitled, "Amendment to Grant of Revocable <br />Permit to Use Space (Former Sewage Treatment Plant Site - Ferma) ", (form <br />dated 05/14/01), pursuant to which FERMA Corporation, subject to certain terms <br />and conditions, is hereby granted permission to occupy and use a portion of that <br />certain City -owned real property depicted and described on Exhibit "A" hereof, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved, <br />and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said amendment to permit <br />substantially in the form of Exhibit A, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br />Reso -1153 <br />Shared/Redwood/Council <br />FXS:djk <br />05/14/01 <br />
