7/09/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 2 6 6_ <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE EMERGENCY POWER FOR ESSENTIAL FACILITIES <br />PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Emergency Power for Essential <br />facilities Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the <br />Emergency Power for Essential Facilities Project - City of Redwood City, <br />California ", prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/ <br />Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the <br />office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
