7/23/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 2 8 1 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ARBORICULTURAL <br />INSPECTION SERVICES <br />(RAY MORNEAU, ARBORIST) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires arboricultural inspection <br />services related to heritage trees on private properties in the City of Redwood <br />City (the "Projects); and <br />WHEREAS, Ray Morneau of Mountain View, California, represents that it <br />possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services <br />required for the Projects; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Arboricultural <br />Inspection Services" (form dated 07/09/01), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Ray Morneau for the <br />performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -554 1 <br />DES:rg <br />F: /sh /sh /Redwood /C ounci <br />07/09/01 <br />
