YAMAMOTO AS CITY <br />ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to appoint Stan T. Yamamoto as City <br />Attorney pursuant to the provisions of Section 44 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, effective from and after August 6, 2001; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Stan T. Yamamoto is hereby appointed City Attorney of the City of <br />Redwood City effective from and after August 6, 2001, to hold said office at the <br />pleasure of the Council of the City of Redwood City, subject to the provisions of <br />the Charter of the City of Redwood City and the terms and conditions of such <br />agreement or agreements of employment as may be entered into between the <br />City and said City Attorney, as said agreements or terms and conditions thereof <br />may from time to time be amended, revised or superceded. <br />Reso- 1208aCA <br />DES:ds <br />R/S hared /Redwood /Council <br />07/19/01 <br />
