O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 s <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR REDWOOD SHORES TAXI SHUTTLE <br />PROGRAM WITH THE YELLOW CAB COMPANY, PENINSULA, <br />INC. <br />8/13/01 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Redwood Shores Taxi Shuttle Vendor <br />Agreement." (the "Agreement'), between the City of Redwood City and the <br />Yellow Cab Company, Peninsula Inc., a copy of which Agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively said <br />Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />R /sh/rwc/council /reso <br />FXS:ss <br />08/03/01 <br />
