09/24/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14�R5 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF A COMMERCIAL LEASE BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AND THE PENINSULA CORRIDOR JOINT <br />POWERS BOARD OF A PIECE OF PROPERTY NEAR JAMES <br />AVENUE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain Commercial Lease by and between the City of Redwood City, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California, and the Peninsula Corridor <br />Joint Powers Board, of a piece of property near James Avenue, a copy of which <br />Commercial Lease is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby authorized, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said Commercial Lease for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br />F:Atty2001 Shared /Redwood /Council /R eso /R eso -1243 1 <br />
