10/01/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-18 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY AND WAGE PLAN <br />FOR EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE <br />REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION <br />(RCMEA); AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13585 AND <br />ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS PERTAINING THERETO <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The monthly salary rates in dollars are hereby approved and <br />established, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibits "A", <br />"B" and "C", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, are <br />hereby established for the designated steps thereof, for the periods beginning <br />with the first full pay period beginning on or after October 1, 2001 (set forth in <br />Exhibit A), October 1, 2002 (set forth in Exhibit B), and October 1, 2003 (set <br />forth in Exhibit C), respectively. <br />SECTION 2. Employees granted part-time appointments to positions in <br />the employment classifications designated in Section 1 hereof shall be <br />compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in <br />said section for the periods therein designated. <br />SECTION 3. Resolution No. 13585 entitled, "Resolution Establishing a <br />Salary and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications Represented by the <br />Redwood City Management Employees Association", adopted March 22, 19991 <br />and any and all amendments pertaining thereto, is hereby rescinded. <br />SECTION 4.
