__ 02/25/02 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14419 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT <br />OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />CHANGING THE DESIGNATION FROM OPEN SPACE TO <br />COMMERCIAL /OFFICE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 325 <br />ORACLE PARKWAY, REDWOOD CITY <br />WHEREAS, On January 15, 2002, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Redwood City duly reviewed and recommended City Council approval of a proposed <br />amendment to the General Plan of the City of Redwood City, changing the land use <br />designation at 325 Oracle Parkway from open space to commercial /office. <br />WHEREAS, This Council, after holding a duly noticed public hearing, desires to <br />amend the General Plan of the City of Redwood City to change the land use <br />designation at 325 Oracle Parkway from open space to commercial /office. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City and Government Code section 65850, et seq., this Council <br />hereby approves and adopts that certain amendment of the General Plan <br />of the City of Redwood City changing the designation from "open space" <br />to "commercial /office" for the property located at 325 Oracle Parkway, <br />Redwood City. <br />2.
