10/28/02 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14471 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT B -3 OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13875 RELATING TO THE SALARY AND <br />WAGE PLAN FOR EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS <br />REPRESENTED BY THE REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT <br />EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION BY ADDING THE POSITION OF <br />MANAGEMENT ANALYST 1 /11 AND PROVIDING FOR THE <br />SALARY FOR SAID POSITION <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13585 entitled, 'Resolution <br />Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications Represented <br />by the Redwood City Management Employees Association," adopted March 22, <br />1999, and Resolution No. 13875 entitled, `Resolution Amending Resolution No. <br />13585, as Amended, Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Employee <br />Classifications Represented by the Redwood City Management Employees <br />Association (RCMEA) to provide for a Salary Adjustment," adopted April 10, <br />2000, is hereby further amended by adding to the list of employment <br />classifications set out therein the position of Management Analyst 1 /II. <br />2. Exhibit B -3 to the aforesaid Resolution No. 13875 is hereby <br />amended by adding thereto the salary scheduled for the position of Management <br />Analyst 1 /II as set forth in Exhibit "B -6," attached hereto, and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br />3.
