0 R I G I N A L 5/22/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12765 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR <br /> USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> (1400 BROADWAY AVENUE) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit for <br />Operation of ALERT Weather Station" (form dated 05/10/96), pursuant to which <br />the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric <br />Administration, National Weather Service, subject to certain terms and <br />conditions, is hereby granted permission to occupy and use a portion of that <br />certain City-owned real property, commonly known as 1400 Broadway Avenue, <br />Redwood City, California, and depicted on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said permit substantially in the form of Exhibit "B," for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-39 <br />G:/shared/Redwood/Council <br />05~09/96 <br />FXS:rg <br /> <br /> <br />
