11/18/02 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br />WAGE PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS OF FIRE FIGHTER AND <br />FIRE CAPTAIN; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13301 <br />AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS PERTAINING THERETO <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Effective January 14, 2001, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter -Light Duty and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit A for the designated <br />steps thereof for the pay period commencing January 1, 2001. <br />2. Effective January 13, 2002, the monthly salary rate in dollars, and <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "B," attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter -Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit B for the designated <br />steps thereof. <br />3. Effective January 12, 2003, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "C," attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1342 1 <br />111302 <br />
