02/24/03 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 145o3 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED JOB <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF SENIOR BUILDING <br />MAINTENANCE WORKER <br />WHEREAS, job specifications for the position of Senior Building <br />Maintenance Worker have been amended by the Human Resources Department <br />to allow for more flexibility within the classification and updating the job <br />requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed job specifications have been reviewed and <br />approved by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU); and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed said specifications and desires to <br />evidence approval thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The job specifications for the position of Senior Building <br />Maintenance Worker which are set forth in Exhibit 'A," attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, are hereby approved.
