06/05/03 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14528 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PROPOSED <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003/04, SETTING TIME AND PLACE <br />FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION <br />OF THE FINAL BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter of the City of Redwood <br />City, June 12, 2003 is hereby established as the date by which the proposed budget for <br />2003/04 fiscal year shall be submitted to this Council by the City Manager. <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, July 28, 2003, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter <br />may be heard, at City Hall, the City Council Chamber, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood <br />City, California, is hereby set as the time and place for public hearing on the budget for <br />fiscal year 2003/04 and August 13, 2003, is hereby established as the date of final <br />adoption of said ordinance. <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice to be <br />published of the availability for inspection of copies of the proposed budget, and stating <br />the time and place at which the Council will hold a public hearing thereon in accordance <br />with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1392 <br />050503 <br />
