DES:d~ 05/03/96 (109/41) <br /> DES:d~I 06/03/96RR <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/22/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12764 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF CITY <br /> CENTRE PLAZA, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br /> CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE PUBLIC STREETS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain final subdivision map (including <br />dedications of public streets described therein) entitled, "City <br />Centre Plaza", prepared by Sandis, Humber, Jones, Consulting <br />Civil Engineers, consultants for Mezes Court Associates, a <br />California Limited Partnership, and the J.H.R. Trust, created by <br />Trust Agreement dated October 2, 1969, the owners of record of <br />said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of City Centre Plaza", (form dated 06/03/96RR) <br /> wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br /> by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br /> <br />
