06/20/2005 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14651 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL <br />SERVICES RELATING TO PARKING CITATION PROCESSING AND <br />ADJUDICATION (TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC.) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ( "City") entered into that certain Agreement <br />dated July 1, 1999, entitled "Agreement for Professional Services — Parking Citation <br />Processing and Adjudication," ( "Agreement" by and between the City of Redwood City, <br />a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California, and Turbo Data <br />Systems, Inc., ( "Turbo Data Systems ") a California corporation, for professional services <br />relating to parking citation processing and adjudication; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 10, 2002, the City authorized and approved Amendment <br />No. One to the Agreement (executed July 15, 2002), extending the term of the <br />Agreement for an additional three (3) years; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff recommends extending the terms of the Agreement for an <br />additional one -year period from July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />That Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Professional Services Relating <br />to Parking Citation Processing and Adjudication is hereby approved, <br />2. That the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and attest thereto, respectively, said amendment for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br />3.
