<br />01/07/2008 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14831 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF APPLICATION BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />REQUESTING THE lOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION <br />APPROVAL FOR EXTENSION OF WATER SERVICE OUTSIDE <br />JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARIES TO PROPOSED PARCEL 1 AT 647 <br />ACACIA lANE, WOODSIDE, CA, PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT <br />CODE SECTION 56133 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ("City") has provided water service to the <br /> <br />existing residence at 647 Acacia Lane, Woodside, California (comprised of APN 057- <br /> <br />153-180 and APN 057-153-460), which is outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries <br /> <br />and within the City's sphere of influence; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, APN 057-153-180 and APN 057-153-460 are currently being <br /> <br />merged to form the original lot at 647 Acacia Lane, Woodside, CA, and the resulting <br /> <br />single lot will be resubdivided into two new parcels, Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, with the <br /> <br />existing residence located on Parcel 2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, development of proposed Parcel 1, described and shown on Exhibit <br /> <br />"A," attached hereto and incorporated herein, will require a new water connection and <br /> <br />service from the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has been requested by the property owner <br /> <br />of 647 Acacia Lane, Woodside, CA (APN 057-153-180 and APN 057-153-460) to <br /> <br />provide water service to the proposed Parcel 1 at 647 Acacia Lane, Woodside, CA; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo is processing application for proposed <br /> <br />merger of the two existing parcels (APN 057-153-180 and APN 057-153-460), <br /> <br />subsequent subdivision of the restored original lot to create two new parcels, and <br /> <br />A TTY/RESO/RESO.1777 <br />121807 <br /> <br />14831 <br />Muff # 802 <br />
