\. wnznoo9 ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 14973 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACCEPTING GRANT OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FROM RC PENINSULA PARK LLC WHEREAS, pursuant to the Peninsula Park Precise Plan Project located at 650 Bair Island Road, the developer is required to reconstruct Bair island Road as part of the frontage improvements that will serve this development; and WHEREAS, in order to provide roadway and pedestrian access as shown in the Peninsula Park Precise Plan, the developer must dedicate four public street/utility easements (Easement #'s 1-4) as identified and depicted in the Easement Location Map attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, RC Peninsula Park, LLC, the property owners of 650 Bair Island Road, have offered to dedicate four public streeUutility easements within the property to the City of Redwood City ("City") on the Lands of RC Peninsula Park LLC; and WHEREAS, said grant deed for the four public streeUutility easements, on file and made available at the City Clerk's Office, have been reviewed by staff and found to be in conformance. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. Section 2. That the City Council hereby accepts the aforementioned grant deed of the public street/utility easements, and the City Manager or his designee is . authorized to certify acceptance and file the grant deed for recordation. Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption. Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. . . .
