<br />,'It <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />C) <br /> <br />CGM:wb 5/23/80 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8 602 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 2 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />JEFFERSON AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the Jefferson Avenue reconstruction <br /> <br />project in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said plans and <br /> <br />specifications and to authorize .the City Clerk to call for bids <br /> <br />for the construction of the above mentioned project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Jefferson Avenue Reconstruc- <br /> <br />tion Project" and those certain specifications entitled "Special <br /> <br />provisions for the Jefferson Avenue Reconstruction Project" <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the Department of Public Works are <br /> <br />hereby approved. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the above mentioned project in accordance <br /> <br />with the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to <br /> <br />be in the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth <br /> <br />in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
