SWC:bc 9/4/80 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 869 0 SEP 8 1980 ORlG!NA~ RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 80-5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City and Ann L. Preston ("Subdivider"), entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map No. 80-5 Subdivision" (form dated 9/4/80), a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. 2. Said Subdivider shall, before the release of the above described Parcel Map No. 80-5 by City, and as a condition precedent to the recordation thereof, enter into and execute the aforementioned subdivision agreement. 3. Said Subdivider shall, before the release of the above- mentioned parcel map by City, and as a condition precedent to the recordation thereof, furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient bond in form subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said owners or subdivider of all work and the construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein specified, in the amount specified in said agreement and also a good and sufficient bond, in form subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said 8690
