<br />~ <br />;. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO.8-7JlJL- <br /> <br />C G~1 : w b 1 0/6/8 0 <br />CGM:mf 10/11/80(R) <br />OCT 11 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ORIGINAL <br />AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br />WITH CONSTRUCTION OF WAREHOUSE AND OFFICES AT THE <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert architec- <br /> <br />tural servi8es in connection wi th the construction of a warehouse <br /> <br />and offices at the Municipal Services Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lyon & Brown, Inc., Architects, has represented to <br /> <br />the City that it is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform <br /> <br />all of the services referred to aforesaid; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Lyon & Brown, Inc., <br /> <br />Architects, for the performance of the aforesaid architectural <br /> <br />services, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dat~d <br /> <br />10/6/80) by and between the City of Redwood City and Lyon & <br /> <br />Brown, Inc., Architects, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for <br /> <br />the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
