The sum of One Million Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand <br /> <br />and No/100 Dollars ($1,225,000.00) is hereby transferred from the <br /> <br />unallocated balance of the Capital Development Funds (Bond Funds) <br /> <br />for General Improvement District 1-64 to the Water Facilities <br /> <br />Construction Fund for General Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> <br />2. The sum of Two Hundred Twenty-five Thousand and No/100 <br /> <br />Dollars ($225,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unallocated <br /> <br />balance of the Capital Development Funds (Bond Funds) for General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 to the Street and Highway Construc- <br /> <br />tion Fund for General Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> <br />3.
