<br />- -- -- ----- - -.. -- - -- - --- ----- --- -- - <br /> <br />,.. <br /> <br />.r .. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:mf 11/6/S0 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 8 72 9 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />-NOV 10 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH HILLER ENTERPRISES RELATING TO USE <br />PERMIT (USO-lS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ this Council conditionally granted the application <br /> <br />for a Use Permit (USD-18) of Hiller Enterprises at its meeting <br /> <br />of September 22, 19S0; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />specifying the conditions to be performed by Hiller Enterprises; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />11/6/S0R), by and between the City of Redwood City and Hiller <br /> <br />Enterprises, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk to which copy reference is made for the full <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree- <br /> <br />ment for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
