<br />"./ <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />SWC:wb 11/13/80 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />873 4- <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR <br />WATER SAMPLING AND TESTING; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />NOV 1 7 1980 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />special provisions for water sampling and testing in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said special provisions <br /> <br />and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the furnishing <br /> <br />of said services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain special provisions entitled "City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, California, Department of Public Works Special provisions for <br /> <br />Water Sampling and Testing 1980-81 - City of Redwood City, California <br /> <br />September 1980," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, are approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to ad- <br /> <br />vertise for bids for the furnishing of said services, in accordance <br /> <br />with the special provisions therefor, said advertisements to be in <br /> <br />the form of that certain "Notice to Bidders" set forth in the above <br /> <br />mentioned special provisions. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
