P- 974 CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ESTABLISHING CERTAIN POLICIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE DIS- BURSEMENT OF ALL REMAINING MONIES FROM THE MARINA REVENUE FUND ; AND RESCINDING CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NOS . 7929 AND P - 825 WHEREAS , pursuant to Resolution No . 7929 and No . P- 825 entitled , " Concurrent Resolution of the Council of Redwood City and the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City Establishing Certain Policies Relating to the Transfer of Control and Jurisdiction of the Redwood City Municipal Marina to Said Board of Port Commissioners , adopted November 21 , 1977 , by both said Council and Board ( hereinafter sometimes referred to as " Concurrent Resolution No . 7929 and P- 825 ) , " certain policies were established regarding the retention and use of monies then on deposit in the Marina Revenue Fund under the jurisdiction of said Council ; and WHEREAS , pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 ( e ) of Concurrent Resolution No . 7929 and P- 825 , the Council of Redwood City and the Board of Port Commissioners of said City mutually have deter- mined that said Marina Revenue Fund is no longer necessary for , or convenient to , the maintenance and operation of the small craft harbor facilities therein referenced , nor for the purposes for which said fund was established , and that the remaining monies on deposit therein should be disbursed as hereinafter set forth ; and WHEREAS , in connection with the disbursement of said remaining monies , said Council and said Board do desire to establish certain policies with respect to costs and revenues of the Port of Redwood City Yacht Harbor ; NOW , THEREFORE ; BE IT CONCURRENTLY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS • OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY , AS FOLLOWS : 8743 P- 974
