<br />.'~ l) <br /> <br />C~J : mf <br /> <br />10/31/80 <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8748 <br /> <br />OR\G\l\f\'- <br />NDV 2 4 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES - <br />THEOREM INSTITUTE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Theorem Institute have <br /> <br />entered into an ageement under the terms of which Theorem has <br /> <br />performed services for the City with respect to the City's <br /> <br />purchase of a new computer system; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to extend the services of <br /> <br />Theorem under said agreement to assist the City during the <br /> <br />installation and initial operation of a new computer system; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />amendment to said agreement to effectuate such extension <br /> <br />of services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />This Council does hereby approve the amendment of that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement," (form dated 4/3/80) <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Theorem Institute, <br /> <br />by the execution-of an amendment to same entitled "Amendment <br /> <br />to Agreement" (form dated 10/31/80), a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />and amendment thereto are on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk for full particulars thereof. The City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendment <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
