<br />... <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />CGM:yc:12/4/80 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8753 <br /> <br />DEe 8 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUP- <br />PL"EMENTAL AGREEMENT - PARCEL MAP NO. 78-6 SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ("City") and Western Real <br /> <br />Estate Development Corporation ("Developer") entered into an <br /> <br />agreement dated May 25, 1978, entitled "Agreement for Parcel 11ap <br /> <br />No. 78-6 Subdivision," providing for the construction by Developer <br /> <br />of certain public improvements in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreement, Developer constructed <br /> <br />said improvements except for a portion of Walnut Street in the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Developer's interest in Parcel Map No. 78-6 Subdivision <br /> <br />has been assigned to Peninsula Boardwalk Associates ("Peninsula"); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Peninsula desire to acknowledge completion <br /> <br />of the work provided for in the agreement between City and Western <br /> <br />and to provide for the performance of the work upon said portion of <br /> <br />Walnut Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council a supplemental <br /> <br />agreement to provide for said additional work, and this Council <br /> <br />desires to approve said agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Supplemental Agreement - <br /> <br />Parcel Map No. 78-6 Subdivision," by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Peninsula Boardwalk Associates, successors in <br /> <br />interest to Western Real Estate Development Corporation, providing <br /> <br />for the construction by the City of Redwood City of certain improve- <br /> <br />ments upon a portion of Walnut Street, and payment therefor by <br /> <br />8753 <br />
