CGM:yc:12/4/80 <br /> Q �J ORIGINAL <br /> RES OLUT ION NO. 8 ` 53 DEC 81980 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUP- <br /> PLEMENTAL AGREEMENT - PARCEL MAP NO. 78-6 SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ("City") and Western Real <br /> Estate Development Corporation ("Developer") entered into an <br /> agreement dated May 25, 1978, entitled "Agreement for Parcel Map <br /> No. 78-6 Subdivision," providing for the construction by Developer <br /> of certain public improvements in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreement, Developer constructed <br /> said improvements except for a portion of Walnut Street in the City <br /> of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Developer's interest in Parcel Map No. 78-6 Subdivision <br /> has been assigned to Peninsula Boardwalk Associates ("Peninsula") ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, City and Peninsula desire to acknowledge completion <br /> of the work provided for in the agreement between City and Western <br /> and to provide for the performance of the work upon said portion of <br /> Walnut Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council a supplemental <br /> agreement to provide for said additional work, and this Council <br /> desires to approve said agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Supplemental Agreement - <br /> Parcel Map No. 78-6 Subdivision," by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Peninsula Boardwalk Associates, successors in <br /> interest to Western Real Estate Development Corporation, providing <br /> for the construction by the City of Redwood City of certain improve- <br /> ments upon a portion of Walnut Street, and payment therefor by <br /> 875 3 <br />
