<br />" J. <br /> <br />CGM:wb 12/11/80 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8761 <br /> <br />OR~GiNAL <br />DEe 1 5 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR MISCELLANEOUS CONSULTING SERVICES IN <br />CONNECTION WITH PROPOSED RELOCATION OF FIRE STATION <br />NO. 1 AT MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires miscellaneous <br /> <br />consulting services in connection with proposed relocation of <br /> <br />Fire Station No. 1 at the Municipal Services Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that it is <br /> <br />qualified and experienced to perform the type of consulting <br /> <br />services required by City in connection with this proposed <br /> <br />relocation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Consultant to perform an <br /> <br />analysis of parking area requirements, storage requirements, <br /> <br />traffic circulation, and personnel facilities to facilitate <br /> <br />the coordination of various municipal services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />l2/ll/80)by and between the City of Redwood City and Lyon & <br /> <br />Brown, Inc., Architects, a copy of which agreement is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />made for the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8761 <br />
