<br />SWC:mf 11/24/80 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8767 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />DEe 1 5 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCHANGE OF CITY-OWNED <br />EQUIPMENT (FIRE HOSE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 8705, adopted October 6, 1980 <br /> <br />this Council declared certain city owned property (fire hose) <br /> <br />surplus and authorized sale thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Woodside has offered to take the afore- <br /> <br />mentioned fire hose in exchange for certain property owned by the <br /> <br />Town of Woodside, being radio chargers and cable, which property <br /> <br />has been determined by the City Assessor to be of equal value, <br /> <br />to the fire hose; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to accept the offer of the <br /> <br />Town of Woodside; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOv1S: <br /> <br />The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to exchange <br /> <br />that cetain city-owned fire hose, declared surplus by Resolution <br /> <br />No. 8705, adopted by this Council on October 6, 1980, for radio <br /> <br />equipment of equal value to said fire hose, owned by the Town of <br /> <br />Woodside. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8 7 (j 'I <br />
