<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8777 <br /> <br />CGM:mf 12/5/80 <br />CGM:mf 1/2/81R <br />OR\GINAL <br /> <br />JAN 1 2 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO RELATING TO THE <br />ADMINISTRATION AND PROCESSING OF DELINQUENT PARKING <br />CITATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this City desires to have the County of San Mateo <br /> <br />administer and process delinquent parking citations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County is willing to administer and process <br /> <br />these citations and an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />describing the responsibilities of each party; <br /> <br />NOvJ, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated 1/2/BIR), <br /> <br />by and between the City'of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />a copy of which is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br /> <br />same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8777 <br />
