RELATING TO THE CHENICAL WAY <br />STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires repair of the <br /> <br />damages to the municipal storm drainage system serving Chemical <br /> <br />Way within the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Barrett, <br /> <br />Harris & Associates, Inc., Menlo Park, California, to perform <br /> <br />an engineering investigation and design for such repairs to the <br /> <br />Chemical Way storm drainage system in Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barrett, Harris & Associates, Inc. has represented <br /> <br />to the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all <br /> <br />of the services referred to in its proposed agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Barrett, Harris & Associates, Inc. entitled "Agreement - <br /> <br />Chemical ~vay Storm Drainage Repairs" (form dated 1 /22/81) , <br /> <br />attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement, with <br /> <br />attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8780 <br />
