<br />SWC:mf 2/4/81 <br /> <br />RES OL UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8786 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FES 9 ]981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF FREEWAY AGREEMENT WITH CALTRANS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council, by the <br /> <br />State of California, through its Department of Transportation, <br /> <br />an agreement concerning State Highway Route 101 within the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City from 0.4 miles East of Whipple Avenue to 0.4 <br /> <br />miles West of Whipple Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Council, upon reading <br /> <br />and understanding said agreement, to approve same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Freeway Agreement," by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City and the State of California <br /> <br />Department of Transportation, a copy of which agreement is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8786 <br />
