<br />" ..... <br /> <br />CGM:mf 2/18/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8806 <br /> <br />ORIG I' ~J rl ~ <br />,H1i- <br /> <br />MAR 9 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PROPOSED <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1981-82, SETTING TIME AND PLACE <br />FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION <br />OF THE FINAL BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, June 8, 1981, is hereby established <br /> <br />as the date upon which the proposed budget for 1981-82 fiscal <br /> <br />year shall be submitted to this Council by the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, July 6, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., <br /> <br />or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Board <br /> <br />of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California, is hereby set as the time and place for public <br /> <br />hearing in the budget for fiscal year 1981-82; said date is <br /> <br />hereby established as the date of introduction for the ordinance <br /> <br />adopting said budget; and July 13, 1981, is hereby established as <br /> <br />the date of final adoption of said ordinance. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br /> <br />notice to be published of the availability for inspection of <br /> <br />copies of the proposed budget, and stating the time and place <br /> <br />at which the Council will hold a public hearing thereon in <br /> <br />accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8 806 <br />
