<br />CGM:yc:3/20/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8820 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 2 3 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN <br />CONNECTION WITH LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS FOR TWIN <br />DOLPHIN DRIVE (PHASE I) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert landscaping <br /> <br />services -in=-connection; wit.h-landscaping improvements for T,,vin <br /> <br />Dolphin Drive-(Phase I); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SINGER AND HODGES has represented to the City that <br /> <br />it is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all the <br /> <br />services referred to aforesaid; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Singer and Hodges, for <br /> <br />the performance of the aforesaid landscape architectural services, <br /> <br />and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br /> <br />contract and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />3/19/81), by and between the City of Redwood City and Singer and <br /> <br />Hodges, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full terms and <br /> <br />conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8820 <br />
