R 84 8 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 18 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />THE SPINAS AND FLEISCHMAN PARKS; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR B~DS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the landscape construction and planting <br /> <br />at Spinas and Fleischman Parks in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the landscape <br /> <br />construction and planting for Spinas and Fleischman Parks; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans and specifications prepared in the <br /> <br />offices of the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director <br /> <br />of Public Works and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled "Special provisions for the Spinas and Fleischman Parks, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California" are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> <br />for bids for the landscape construction and planting for Spinas <br /> <br />and Fleischman Parks as called for in the aforementioned plans <br /> <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
